Job Description:
MAD Repair, LLC is hiring a Mobile Truck & Equipment Technician to support customers in and around the El Dorado area. This role involves working independently in the field, diagnosing issues, and performing on-site repairs for diesel trucks and heavy equipment.

This is a day-shift position with optional overtime, offering consistent work and the opportunity to handle a wide range of mechanical challenges outside of a traditional shop environment.

Pay:
$35.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines in the field

  • Perform preventative maintenance on trucks and equipment

  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

  • Service suspension components including shocks and struts

  • Disassemble and reassemble components as needed for repair

  • Maintain a safe and organized mobile work setup

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working on diesel trucks or heavy equipment

  • Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs

  • Working knowledge of electrical systems and diagnostics

  • Comfortable handling physically demanding tasks when needed

  • Own set of basic hand tools

Preferred Background:

  • 5+ years working with semi trucks, construction equipment, or similar

  • Previous mobile technician or field service experience

Schedule:
Day shift with optional overtime opportunities
