Diesel Equipment Technician
MAD Repair, LLC is hiring a Diesel Equipment Technician to support customers throughout the El Dorado area. This position focuses on field-based diagnostics, repair, and maintenance for diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
This role is well suited for an experienced mechanic who enjoys independent work, problem-solving, and working outside of a traditional shop environment.
Pay:
$35.00 – $45.00 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair diesel trucks and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Repair suspension and related components
- Complete field service repairs safely and efficiently
- Maintain tools and organized work areas
Qualifications:
- Experience working on diesel engines or heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Knowledge of diagnostics and mechanical repair
- Must have basic hand tools
- 5+ years of related experience preferred
Schedule:
Day shift with overtime opportunities available
